Banner Aspera Medical Office Building

One of the multiple medical office buildings landscaped by Earthscapes, this 115,000 SF two-story building was developed by NexCore Group in partnership with Banner Health. Located on a 10-acre site, Earthscapes performed extensive landscaping, irrigation, DG, and stabilized pathways with steel edging.
