Mansel Carter Oasis Park Phase I

Earthscapes constructed all landscaping and sports field construction associated with this 52-acre park which features a plaza, a six-acre fishing lake with spawning beds, lighted baseball and multi-purpose fields, lighted basketball and sand volleyball courts, a splash pad, playground areas, pathways with fitness pods, skate park, maintenance yard, restrooms and concessions buildings, collector road, and site improvements. Nearly 16 acres of lawn and sports field areas were planted by bermuda hydro-stolon. Earthscapes will be constructing the second phase of this project in 2023, which will include sport courts, a pump track, general lawn expansion, and DG pedestrian paths.
